The video conveys the importance of telesales

fictional customer feels the frustration of receiving sales calls
that interfere with his life as a result of poor preparation by
bank staff.
Each scenario focuses on a different aspect
of the legislation and concludes with sequences showing real bank
staff making the right preparations before calling. TV actor Geoffrey
Palmer provides a wry voice-over that encourages staff to think
before they call.
