Distribution: The Transformation
Dramatic Live Event for Yorkshire Electricity's Distribution business.

Six months after the launch of the Distribution business of Yorkshire Electricity we produced a live event for senior and middle managers to illustrate the vast transformation the company had experienced.

This carefully scripted event combined moving staging, live dramatised sequences, video and sound in an immersive experience which balanced highly visual presentations from Senior Management with meaningful discussion and syndicate work.

When the event was plunged into darkness by an apparent power cut, we asked managers to restore supply by taking part in a simulation game designed to support the event's themes of leadership, resource management and innovation.

All the visual support was enhanced by a single consistent design and we also produced several video sequences to review the last six months of activity. These inserts were later re-edited to become a video presentation for the company's American shareholders.
