The Customer Experience / Leadership of Change
Supporting the business values of National
Australia Group.
When National Australia Group wanted to launch their new business
values campaign, we had less than a month to produce two short videos
to support the process. We developed a simple programme format and
embarked on a two week location shoot around the country to interview
the participants.
In total, sixteen customers from across Britain
were featured in 'The Customer Experience.' Their comments help
staff to identify their own strengths when serving the customer
and were used to prompt discussion at in-branch sessions. In the
second video, 'Leadership of Change', we compiled interview comments
from successful leaders from across the business.
These comments showed how the change environment
is ever present and that approaching it with a positive attitude
is a value all staff can adopt. Three different versions of the
video were edited to maximise the impact of these messages among
staff of different parts of the Group.
